CEH-Shenyang Shoe Industrial Park (CSSIP), Inc is the industrial park development arm of the CEH Group. Based in Shenyang city (the 4th largest city in China with a population of 6.8 million), Liaoning province, the industrial park is a mega joint-venture project established with the full cooperation of Shenyang city. A special committee appointed by Shenyang authorities will oversee the implementation of this project. From the initial moderate phase 1, the industrial park will span 20sq km at its final phase.

The industrial park will house manufacturing activities ranging from upstream leather and tannery business to downstream leather and sports shoes facilities.
